All our pieces are made to order. When your order is confirmed we begin creating your piece in our atelier in Antwerp. It takes us between 5-10 days to craft and ship out your Nue jewelry. Each shipment is fully insured and carbon neutral.

Returns
We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery. The product must be unused and in the same condition and packaging in which it was received.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Atom Jewelry, Hoveniersstraat 30 , Office 201, 2018 Antwerp, Belgium
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Resizing
We offer complementary resizing for our rings and bracelets. Please contact us and we will assist you further.
Repairs
All our products come with a 2 year warranty. Outside of the warranty we can help facilitate the repair of pieces that have been damaged or broken. However all costs associated will be borne by the customer. We are not responsible for any damage or breaking caused to the product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item of a different size, send us an email at info@n-ue.com and send your item to: Atom Jewelry BV, Hoveniersstraat 30 , Office 201, 2018 Antwerp, Belgium.
Shipping
If you are shipping an item over 75 Euro, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
